Tony Colebook

With over 20 years’ experience in the renewables and offshore sectors, Tony founded Colebrook Offshore in 2016.
He has been involved in the renewables industry since the installation of the Gabbard Project in the North Sea up to present day activities in the US, Far East and European Markets. Prior to working in the marine industry, Tony was active in the aviation and logistics industries, supporting range of projects in Africa and the Middle East.
Although Tony now heads up CSO Marine Group, he is still a valued Director at Colebrook Offshore, and is instrumental in decision making and client support.
Tony also sits on a number of corporate boards, providing advice at a strategic level to companies entering the wind and renewables sectors.
Sam Stout
Managing Director

Colebrook Offshore’s Managing Director, Sam, began his shipping career with Maersk Broker in 2010.
Following three years working in Maersk offices in Copenhagen, Hong Kong, Madrid and Buenos Aires, Sam relocated back to London to focus solely on the offshore energy markets.
With a focus on the chartering of vessels into the offshore construction and renewables markets ever since, Sam has a demonstrated track record in the chartering of OSVs, and alongside Tony, has developed Colebrook Offshore into a market-leading brokerage and market intelligence provider in the Offshore Wind Sector.
Sam is also a volunteer on the Thames Estuary Lifeboat, where he works with the RNLI on rescue operations throughout the year.

Our team based in London conclude more than 500 fixtures per year, in markets ranging from Taiwan, to Korea, the UK, USA, Europe and the Baltic Sea.
We also produce regular specialist market reports providing industry-leading data on vessel availability and market movements in the CTV, SOV, survey, construction, and tug and barge markets. Founded by Tony Colebrook, and managed by Sam Stout, with more than thirty years’ maritime experience between them, Colebrook Offshore has built a valued network to ensure we can meet and exceed client expectations.
